I applied for Splunk in December, got the revert in Feb end that my profile is shortlisted for interview. I had one interview on March 3rd with Karat team who takes care of interviews on behalf of Splunk. It was around 90 mins interview including both design and coding. Interview went well actually. I was able to answer design question and one coding problem I solved and by the time we started on 2nd there was timeout. But Karat team shared the feedback very same day and they were quite ok with performance. I didn't hear back from splunk HR regarding feedback. I emailed 2 times no response. They ghosted for 2 months and in the end of April they said they can't go ahead with profile. Profile screening then interview then selection criteria is extremely poor and they never respond back.

** I don't recommend you to interview for them. Beware of it and make sure your skillset matches before going for an interview even if they call you for onsite. Otherwise you will waste your time..... . I don't know why hiring manger is eager to waste company's time and money. ** 2 Coding rounds on coderpad. Very simple array based questions. Then onsite. Hiring manger was kind of rude doesn't know how to behave properly or talk. talks blunt thinking he is god. Had nice interaction with some other developers. but two of his teammates were like him rude from shanghai. does not matter what approach you suggest, they prefer their own approach . Most of the questions were simple array, stack based. nothing challenging. (No reply from Recruiter and also hiring manger after 5-6 emails ) : Regret every second spending with him. would have done some volunteer work instead.
