I found the interview awkward as the interviewer did not seem at all interested abd spent the entire process tapping on her pen and just kept saying 'thank you, great' in a robotic monotone fashion to every answer. I have many years experience in customer service, and even more than the interviewer, and have never been asked such vague, ridiculous questions. There were no scenario questions, just tell me about the last two roles, one of which was nothing to do with online retail, abd then she ended it with the punchline abd asked which jobs I preferred the most, which doesn't evaluate anything, but just her way of ensuring that I didn't get a fair chance. Please don't bother with this company, as they clearly have non- experienced people interviewing who have no people skills whatsoever. You would expect the interviewer to have a much better phone manner and at that point it is expected that they know how to engage with people. Needless to say, I got a standard template email saying that they couldn't progress my application, which I was half expecting. I took my time to do my research and would have liked to work there up until that interview. I then realised that I had dodged a bullet.
