He was very thorough about the interview process and knowledgeable about the organization and the position. About a week later I was scheduled for a second and third interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Director of Talent Acquisition. Both interviews were absolutely fantastic. About a week and a half later, I received a called from the Sr. Tech Recruiter that the company wanted to offer me the role. Overall, the candidate experience was fantastic. Everyone that I spoke with had great energy and was also very knowledgeable about the organization and the role that I applied for.
