I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SpoonRocket in Feb 2015
Interview
We had a quick phone interview, and the interviewee asked some basic behavior questions. It was very casual overall and the interview lasted around 10 minutes. I happened to know a previous intern who worked here and when I mentioned her we were able to quickly break the ice.

Question 1
Why are you interested in this position? What previous experience do you have?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SpoonRocket (Berkeley, CA) in Mar 2013
Interview
Matched via AngelList. Set up an in person interview for the same afternoon. Went to their office in Berkeley. Was running a few minutes late due to traffic, but they were flexible. Walked into their office and it was very startup-y: open work-space, people hanging out. Met with the two co-founders who explained about the company, their growth goals, and their culture. Decided it wasn't a fit for me.

Question 1
How do you see yourself fitting into the unique culture at SpoonRocket?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SpoonRocket (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
First it was at somebody's Home in Pacific Beach; during the interview, the house owner or tenant exited through the interview with 3 very casually dressed people with laptops continued to proceed, seemed like the wrong setting for such an important position, and the calendar times in sync for outlook were way off what from what times we had specified for the meeting, caused some confusion but none the less...I went anyways at the verbal time window.
