Submitted personal academic, sports accolades, reasoning for interest in the program. Had to provide academic references. This was followed up a couple short months afterwards with a relatively informal interview conducted via zoom.

Interview
The interview was over Skype and telephone depending on the stage and it was more of a conversation. You're talking to between two and four people at a time from various areas of the company.
