Ghosted by the interviewer after following up twice for an update. The interview took place almost 3 weeks ago. There is no excuse for not communicating with a candidate. Please stop posting jobs you have no intention to hire for. It's misleading to job seekers, disrespectful of their time and hurts the reputation of your business.

Process is easy and painless. Direct contact to the hiring manager(s). Great pre/post-interview communication. Hiring managers were personal and genuinely interested in the candidate rather than just interviewing to fulfill due process.
