Fairly straightforward process. Questions about what motivated you to apply for the company/role, previous experiences, situational Qs etc. Super friendly staff, assessment day was good fun. There were a few parts to it including individual interviews, group tasks, presentations.

Interview
- A circa 20 minute presentation that usually involves the applicant identifying and explaining commercial opportunities for the category that they're applying for. This is followed by circa 10 minutes of questioning about your presentation.
- A circa 30 minute interview in a usual question/answer format, focusing primarily on: general commercial understanding; some logic based questions; why you want the job; and why you're right for the job.
- Circa 15 minutes of pitching as if you're a Category Manager in the role.
- A quick excel test, usually involving some fairly basic formula demonstration eg lookups, sumifs etc.

Interview
A three-round interview process. An initial phone interview follow by an excel test, then a 1.5 hour interview with 3 interviewers, and more excel tests. Took around 2 weeks from the day I applied to me receiving an offer.
