I submitted my application online and received a call one week after. The whole process is quite timely and logical. This bit is for who is in the process. On the day, I was told they have 60k applications for 250 open roles, and I should be happy that I made it to get a call. At the time, I feel it was belittling and said something that could have been a deal-breaker in response to why I want to join the band. I said everything looks great from my research on Spotify, so I have decided to throw my hat in the ring. Instead, maybe I should have said music carries me through good times and bad, and I would love to be part of it and spread this impact. In short, be ready to demonstrate that you have brought into the mission and passionate about it. In terms of motivation, it's a process of "is" rather than "becoming". Good luck to all!
