I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spotify (Stockholm, Stockholm) in May 2014
Interview
I was referrered by a current employee so the process was rather quick from sending resumé to the interview. They sent multiple very annoying automated post-interview emails to ask how they can be better at the recruiting process. From starters: Understand that there are actual people applying to these positions, not robots, so they should treat the applicants as people. I got the automated email before recieving feedback from the interview. The interview was approximately an hour and I felt quite frustrated they didn't come prepared. They hadn't read my resumé beforehand so I had to use 50% of the interview to go through it. I had the feeling they had made a pre-destined choice about me so the questions weren't so much about what I can do but what I can't do. Quite a bad interview really.

Interview
Conversations were good but received no feedback after interview despite follow ups. Found this very disappointing and disrespectful as I was promised an answer not matter what.. was expecting more..
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Spotify
Interview
The interview was cancelled by the recruiter 5 minutes before it was supposed to start.
Very unprofessional!
The recruiter didn't even apologize for this cancellation.
I wasn't expecting to be treated this way by a company such as Spotify.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Spotify (Stockholm, Stockholm) in June 2019
Interview
The first interview has been scheduled but the recruiter didn't show up! He asked me to re-schedule it and I did. He did finally show up but didn't apologize for not showing up. He was reluctant to ask questions, did not make eye contact. He just wanted to get over it and was not interested at all. Either he has made up his mind about me before the interview regarding some prejudice or he hates his job and can't hide it. Questions were about hypothetical cases. Nothing special and smart.
I did not hear from him and honestly, don't want to hear from him. there wasn't any sign of professionalism.
