I applied online and was called in for an interview. Filled out an in house application and waited 25+ minutes to talk to the manager who called me in. They asked some off-putting questions on the application like my personal references home address. Nice guys, straightforward process, friendly and genuine. Pay is commission only. If I am not being paid to be there I would not have much incentive to come in early or stay late if I did not think I would be able to make money.
