Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter from the Spreetail office to setup an informal meeting with a couple of department heads. After this, I was invited to a formal interview in the office. This was a fairly standard interview process, in that I was given a brief tour with an explanation of the general operations, after which, I was taken to a conference room for the formal interview.

Question 1
If you have a co-worker who is not pulling their weight, how do you address the issue?
Basic questions related to the preferred programming language and mostly concentrated questions with topics specified in resume, regarding the projects and previous work. Also Included behavioral questions.
First round would be HR and then technical for about an hour.

I heard back within two days of applying and scheduled a screening interview to see if my skillset aligned with company needs. This all about that first interview because it didn't proceed beyond that.
