I had three virtual interviews first with a recruiter, then with the hiring manager, and finally with an operations manager. For whatever reason, they took more than 20 days to complete this process. At the end of the three interviews, Spring Education Group simply sent me an automated response from the ATS rejecting me as a candidate, I was very surprised and disappointed with their unprofessionalism and how cold an automated rejection felt after 3 interviews and 20 days of my time.
