      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Spring Health

      Interview

The interview process itself is long and onerous. Recruiter screen, online cognitive assessment, hiring manager interview, panel, presentation, exec interview, possibly more. I'm generally wary of companies that have this kind of process, it always feels like they don't really know what they want or are looking for, so they throw everything at you to either find something "wrong" with you, wearing down candidates. Personally, I was a bit apprehensive with even starting the process after hearing the process. The recruiter was friendly and engaging in the recruiter screen. She asked a lot of questions, including how the candidate uses AI in their work and daily life. Hiring manager seemed warm but I got very little info out of them. It was mainly just trying to find more information about me and less so about selling the company/role. In the end it was probably a bad fit. I don't think its pertinent to ask people to do online logic questions before they really understand the role/team and it feels very judgmental to say the least
