I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Spring Health in June 2026
Interview
Major red flags in the hiring process — proceed with caution. The hiring process was one of the most disrespectful candidate experiences I’ve had.
What was presented as a short process turned into a lengthy series of interviews, added steps, changing timelines, and inconsistent communication. There was a clear lack of coordination internally, and candidates were left carrying the burden of a process that the company did not appear prepared to manage. The biggest issue was the lack of respect for candidates’ time. The process required significant preparation and effort, but that level of investment did not feel reciprocated. Leadership involvement was also concerning. Some conversations felt rushed and distracted, making it difficult to have a meaningful discussion about the role and expectations. The final evaluation felt disconnected from the interview process itself. Feedback did not align with the opportunities candidates were given to demonstrate their experience, which raised questions about how decisions were being made. A company’s hiring process is the first look into its culture. This experience raised serious concerns around communication, organization, and respect for candidates. Proceed with caution.

Interview
The interview process was extremely long and slow. There were multiple rounds of interviews, about 6, and while it did take a long time, it gave you the opportunity to ask a lot of questions and feel like you know what you’re getting into.
