Recruiter reached out and an informational call was scheduled to ask questions. A follow-up interview was scheduled for the next week (45 minutes). At the time, they were aggressively looking for folks who could do in person sessions. The interview was just with one person and I got an offer quickly, they were onboarding within a few weeks.

The company did not provide any feedback following the interview process, which made it difficult to understand my performance and identify areas for improvement. Constructive feedback, even if brief, would have been valuable in fostering a more transparent and positive candidate experience.
