I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Spring Property Management (Columbus, OH) in Feb 2025
Interview
I have three round interviews in total. This company is very unprofessional, They don't have a HR, The VP contacted me directly, After the first round she recommended me to apply accounting specialist. Then I went to the second round, which is an onsite interview. I talked with VP and the owner, Most of questions VP asked me were BQ, but questions that owner asked me are very personal and she's condescending, making me feel very uncomfortable.
After that they ghosted me, as the owner said she's very busy in that time. After about two months, she let me to have an interview with one of their accountant. I agreed and I went. The accountant said she don't know what the owner is thinking if she needs to hire me or not. This is the most ridiculous interview in my life!

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spring Property Management (Columbus, OH) in Jan 2010
Interview
The girls in the office were very friendly, however the owner who conducts the interview is intense, almost to the point of rude, during interview.
Initial communication was with the property manager, who set up the interview and gave me instructions. Upon my arrival I met with the owner of the company for an interview.
Her tactic is to try and degrade the interviewee as much as possible, pick apart their resume and experience to the point where they feel worthless, then offers the job.
During my interview, I almost stormed out as she was asking very personal questions about my family, what my parents do for a living, and insulting their careers. This was very unprofessional and upsetting.
She will pick apart your resume and education until you feel completely worthless, she will comment on your appearance (hair, skin color, makeup, clothing). She is very unprofessional.
