Interview
It was very lengthy, but I met everyone in the company. I had a phone interview and two in person interviews. I also had to show work samples as well as a mini task. Which was exciting for me.

Interview
Fast. They hire really fast. I didn't know at the time, but it's because turn over is so high that they she just wants warm bodies in the office. They try to scare off the weak during interviews and this is another red flag that I recommend you heed! There is a reason they are trying to scare you off. She tells all interviewees that in order to work at Springboard Enterprises you need to "Get in the ring and fight" what is missing from her statement is with her. She will argue, berate and belittle everyone she hires except interns. Be warned! I know it sounds like I'm exaggerating. Trust the anonymous review, I am not. The experience is worse than I could type out in a box online.
