Overall, it was unclear of the expectations of the job and role responsibilities. There was no job description and each person in the interview rounds had a different view the role. The interview rounds were fine with average questions. However, the end round was a research project and presentation. It almost felt like they were interviewing a large amount of candidates just to have some work done for them. It was pretty odd.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Springboard (UK) (New York, NY) in Nov 2020
Interview
I applied through a recruiter and interviewed with the VP and it went well. I had a prep call right away and was told I would be meeting with the CEO and he only wanted to meet with me. I waited 2 weeks and kept giving my availability to get on his calendar. I was told he didn't approve of my linkedin photo and to change it to something more professional. I changed it, and had another offer pending and then was finally told they were no longer interested in me.

Question 1
If I had COO and real estate connections at retailers?
Very quick. Met with the CEO and VP and answered their questions. Got a call later that day offering the job. After accepting the position I started the following week.
