Springbrook Software Software Help Desk interview questions

After an initial phone interview with a recruiter, I was given an in-person interview at Springbrook Software the next day. I met with the head of HR and another employee. They were very personable and friendly. The questions were mostly behavioral - they are looking for great customer service. This company is growing and hires people with accounting degrees to support their software. Their client base is small cities and utility districts. They have a lot of government accounting experience in their office.
