I applied online. I interviewed at Springer Nature
Interview
First screening interview with HR, which lasted about 5-10 minutes. The objective was to evaluate whether the candidate had the essential requisites for the job, discussing salary expectations and candidate availability. The next steps of the selection process were also explained.
I interviewed at Springer Nature (London, England)
Interview
The first stage was a screening call with HR, followed by an assessment, and then a panel interview with the hiring team. The communication with HR was great up until the panel interview. I was told I'd hear back by a certain date, but I didn't, and they haven't responded to my follow-up email either. It's a little disheartening and unprofessional to be ghosted after committing so much of my time interviewing for this role.

I had the final round, but there was no feedback, even after reaching out to the recruiter and the team; they did not bother to send an automatic rejection email.
