Springer School and Center interview questions

I had a phone interview one week after applying and was interviewed in person the following week. Both were scheduled with the executive director and she anticipates making a decision next week. All in all the process was efficient and pleasant. The questions were situational and pulled from past experiences. I felt the interviewer knew my resume well and we were able to have a conversation which went deeper than the typical "where do you see yourself in five years" type of stock questioning. I'm hopeful and will most likely accept the position if offered.

I applied online through careerbuilder for this part-time position thinking that it would be a good opportunity to do some work while I continued my search for full-time employment. My background is in journalism, so my skills suit the position well as the primary requirements were in editing, writing and design. I had a telephone interview five days after I applied. This was just a 10-minute overview, which didn't seem to give either of us enough information to determine if we would want to move forward to an in-person interview. That was about a week ago, so I still may hear something.
