Favorite part of the in-person interview: one partner alluded to cash flow problems when I asked what their biggest business challenges are. Verbatim, "we're only as solvent as our last client". The other two partners nodded. Yikes.... 30 minute phone interview with a partner and then an hour long in-person interview with 3 partners and 2 analysts. Didn't get an offer (which is completely fine), but thought it was rather unprofessional that the company did not even follow up with me after I took time out of my day at my current job to come in and meet with them.
