It was the best interview experience I've had so far. I went through three stages of the process: a short screening call with the hiring manager, a Zoom meeting, and the final in-person interview. Throughout the process, I felt comfortable and respected. It was clear that I was a human being, not just another CV. I received the questions in advance, which significantly reduced the stress. Lovely people, lovely atmosphere, seemed like a great place to work. Even though I wasn't successful this time, I have received detailed feedback, which I truly appreciate.
