I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Sprinklr in Nov 2014
Interview
Right from speaking with the recruiter, Daniel, I felt right at home interviewing with Sprinklr. The process took quite a while for me, mainly due to scheduling and other process changes. Altogether every conversation made interviewing a 2-way process - both sides made sure it was a good fit. In addition to 3 phone interviews, the last part of the interview process was a presentation.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sprinklr
Interview
- Received an email from the corporate recruiter with an interest in my application.
- Scheduled a phone interview
- Recruiter did not show up for the call even after waiting for an hour
- Emailed them back and they apologized for missing it, and scheduled another
- The recruiter was no show for the second call too
- Sent an email and there was no response
- Decided to drop the case, because it shows how "professional" the company was
The best part, both calls were schedule at an early hour in the morning (5.00 AM) because I am located in Asia, and the recruiter was calling from head office.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Sprinklr in July 2016
Interview
The process took over 5+ months . Was interviewed with 6 members from Sprinklr , everything was positive for every interview and at the last I get to hear is sorry better luck next time. There was no reason for rejection . Every time they just increase the hopes and just waste your valuable time. Please think before applying ! I neglected the negative comments here , but every comment is so true.
Waste of time
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sprinklr (Bengaluru) in Aug 2015
Interview
Was organised, and they stuck to their timeline. The HRs were polite and kind. I felt it was a very welcoming environment. The recruiters wanted to check my level of confidence.
