You had to buy a program called Capital Gains. Then once you buy the program you go through and take an "Adviser Test" Once you are done with that you'll end up signing on as an Adviser and splitting commission with the company. They will find a way to take more commission from you every chance they get.

Interview
The interview was retty smooth overall. I feel they really didn't ask difficult questions. Most of the questions centered around past work experiences, challenges that occurred and how I was able to overcome them and get them resolved. Nothing unusual.
