asked many questions like, "describe a time when," "tell me about an instance when," - most bizarre interview i've ever had, so scripted and worthless. let me tell you about my qualifications and experience, i'm not a catalogue ready to regurgitate everything i've ever dealt with. was like the interviewer had less experience than me and yet had this lengthy script to assess my busywork history or something. really stupid.
