I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market in June 2014
Interview
The interview was not long. Specifically they want to see someone that can support their customer's needs, is knowledgeable, or can easily become knowledgeable, and is not afraid of some heavy lifting. It will be a good deal of work to manage a ob in produce. Boxes come in 25-50lbs, and you will be lifting them all day. The Dublin store manager was considerate of my background, and asked me to relate it to the work I expected to manage in produce. It shouldn't be difficult for someone experienced in customer service, and unafraid to have sweat on their brow.
