Same as any other jobs. They ask specific questions to figures out if you are a fit for the environment. They also look for key vocab words that you should have learned in school. Dress to impress or dress for the workplace. Always play it safe first. Ask questions as well.

Interview
The interview process was rushed, and felt like "speed dating" as it was considered a job fair for the hiring process. After the initial interview with a manager, I was directed to another set of managers for a second review of my resume and skills. Only then was I immediately directed to another section of the room in which I was given the offer of employment, all within 2 hours start to finish.
