I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Fairly easy, applied online got an interview in about a week and a half. Most of the interview was just seeing if I had any experience/social/communication skills and what not. Basically once that happens you get the job and take a saliva drug test then you go home and fill out some forms then bam you go to train at some other store for about an hour or two one day then you get your shifts.

Interview
I was called after being initially declined.
I was waiting for an interview at Costco.
The meat department manager called me because his candidate had quit or no showed.
He was affable, with a lot of experience.
It was more a conversation than an interview.

Interview
Laidback and casual, very easy going. The company looks for reliable people to add to their team. Great for a first job or summer job. Room for advancement and cross department training.

Interview
Very straight forward and basic questions about my industry knowledge. Also some questions about my strengths, weaknesses and goals. Some questions about how I would react in certain work related situations also.
