Interview
I was contacted by a Recruiter and the whole process lasted about 7 weeks. There were 4 rounds of interviews and 1 task. Communication was smooth and Vashen, the HR specialist responsible for this process, was very responsive.
The task was within expectations in terms of challenge - oftentimes companies ask for answers on topics the applicant cannot possibly have any insight without being inside the organization and having access to certain tools, but this was not the case here.
The team was super friendly and I'm looking forward to working with them. At the end of the whole thing I had the chance to have a very enjoyable conversation with the CMO, who was very transparent and welcoming of all my questions.

Interview
The interview process had 4 stages, divided into 3 interviews and 1 task. In my experience this is quite standard for a Startup like that. I met a few members of the team and went through some details of the task I presented. I also liaised a lot with Vashen Moodley, the recruiter in charge of the position, who was very helpful all along, and very responsive. In general, I had a great experience in this process even though I didn't get the offer eventually.

Interview
Their HR department contacted me for an open position. I had a 30 min call and never heard back from them, even after I sent a couple of follow ups.
If a person is not a good candidate for the role, let them know. We are all adults and can cope with rejection. This was a waste of my time and theirs. Glad it was just one round.
