Interview
The whole process was very smooth, structured, enjoyable, and fast; I liked it very much. It consisted of a 30 min phone screening call with the recruiter, video call with two people from HR, and then an onsite interview with a few members from a team (hiring managers, HR, etc.) that lasted around 2.5 - 3 hours together with the friendly office tour. The atmosphere was relaxed, and everyone was happy to answer all of my questions and give me a better insight into Spryker.

Relevant and focused more on handling different people-recruiting related situations, the mindset in general, solving potential problems, and suggesting some ideas/improvements for current challenges Spryker is facing. e.g., What was the KPIs you tracked when recruiting?, How would you set up the selection process?, What were your biggest challenges when communicating with hiring managers?, Tell us something about your experiences in employer branding? etc.
