Interview
First had an informal introductory meeting with the 2 founders and owners where you immediately learn and see a lot regarding the company culture. The cultural match is very important to them so a lot of attention is paid to that. In the second meeting we went into more depth about the position and expectations.

Interview
My first interview was with Marc and Luc, They immediately gave me a comfortable feeling and we had an honest exchange. The process was transparent and their engagement was top! I could always reach them for questions and could openly discuss my needs and expectations. Second interview was with Hedwig and Luc, It was more skilled and competence focused and I could get a great insight on how Spryng style of working is. They showed professionalism while still reflecting the fun in sales. 3rd and last I talked to Sara who did a final "cultural" check. It was a nice and pleasant talk to make sure that, in a personal way, we all feel happy to work with each other and create the right team environment. Overall great experience and happy to start my career here.

It was quite casual, it included 2 rounds. Questions were mostly easy if you were prepared well about the company and the products. A lot of questions about the personality of the candidate.
