The interview was great and everyone seemed very friendly. The task they asked us to do beforehand (come up with a social media strategy) was way too big of a task for this sort of interview role. To do it well, it would have taken hours, which isn't fair on applicants who have limited free time.
It was ok. The interviewers seemed very positive and nice. I was given a task and ask to present it remote and answer questions. It took ages to hear back and I didn't receive proper feedback so I was quite disappointed.
I interviewed at Spurgeons (Rushden, East Midlands, England)
