Interview process was disappointing and ultimately led me to withdraw my candidature.
During my interaction with the interviewer, I felt the discussion lacked openness to differing viewpoints. Whenever I attempted to challenge assumptions or offer alternative perspectives based on my experience, the conversation became defensive rather than collaborative. Instead of a constructive exchange of ideas, it felt like the interviewer was more interested in validating their own opinions.
For a role that requires problem-solving, critical thinking, and healthy debate, I expected a more professional and receptive discussion. The experience raised concerns about the team's culture and how disagreements might be handled within the organization.
While others may have a different experience, this interaction left me with the impression that candidate perspectives were not genuinely valued, which ultimately influenced my decision to withdraw from the process.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spyne in Sept 2025
Interview
I have never seen more unprofessional HR than the one they have hired. The HR calls you and sets up first round. But does not even call for either feedback or scheduling the further rounds. Just cuts your call. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
Now coming to 1st round interview: The person rescheduled very late and then when he joined was extremely frustated and rude throughout the interview. Cuts off at random and was super unprofessional. Dismisses your answer and your impact as if they are joke and then tries to convey his smartness as if he has delivered the work better. Just a kid with 2 years of experience and has no training or even manners on how to do an interview.
Good that I declined to interview further.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spyne in Mar 2022
Interview
Vague process.
No starting point from the employer, no clear understanding of their requirement.
Empty process , no feedback shared back to you over the solutioning you do.
Short discussion, not product focussed as well, it's like There is 1 question and you are responsible to only share what they expect an internal PM/SPM to share over it, not a discussion but looking for an exact answer.
