I received an invitation for an interview, scheduled it and was totally side swiped on the interview. The interviewer started by saying that they had a totally different job they wanted me for (a part-time contract role) not the full time role I had applied for. So- no benefits, vacation etc. Not only that, but the role was COMPLETELY different: contract, lower title, working with customers directly instead of managing the ops team and on and on. When I said that wasn't gonna work she pivoted to having me possibly do that same role, but for a new org called 'Crackle' that is a brand new startup (doesn't even have a website yet). I have years of Marketing Operations experience, an Eloqua luminary (which they have never heard of), remote ops team management experience and experience with EVERY bullet listed on the job role card. I think they are posting jobs as click bait to get some qualified applicants and then seeing if they can sell them on something else at a low pay rate or as a contractor. Kinda gross. I was hesitant after reading all the glassdoor reviews, but came with an open mind. I suggest you do the same
