Do not even bother interviewing. They expect someone to perform functions outside of their scope and interview according. None of the interview questions was relevant to the job posting. They are looking for a candidate who should be working at Google instead of adjusting. Cherry on top is that they outsource everything so you never get a chance to speak with your potential future colleagues.
