You receive an email and or phone call that will talk about the position and why you are interested then get you scheduled for a virtual interview depending on location.
Very easy and quick didn’t ask much. They want to see if you are fit and coach able during the training process. Great commission and great environment to work in

Interview
There was one phone screening, and one in person interview. They asked behavioral questions and about past work experiences. It was relatively quick, it probably took right around 20 minutes.
