St. Aloysius Orphanage interview questions

It was an internal interview where I met with the Officers of the company as a group. I was asked to identify strengths and challenges of the department and ways I would operationally oversee services.

Recommended by a friend. I sent my resume but it took them 3 months to call me, even though they had immediate openings. Then, I agree with the other teacher interview on here...they wouldn't let the Principal interview me. That was odd.
