I had to complete an online list of questions for stage 1. Stage 2 was a panel interviewed my, along with some in tray tasks, under time conditions on safeguarding, multi tasking, difficult scenarios, communication, team player and a Maths and English paper. I then received an email thanking me for attending and that I had been successful.
