I first had a phone interview with the department chair and a professor in the science department. Later, I had an on-campus interview with the chair, the dean, the president, andn other members of the department and staff.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at St. Andrews University in Aug 2022

Unfortunately the interviewers decided they required someone on site rather than remote and that they would ask someone to assist rather than lead so it was no longer attractive to me
