I went to a hiring event and was able to talk to interview with multiple departments right away. Simple process of sitting down to chat/interview, and then they give an offer if they want to. Mostly basic questions related to experience, why this unit, etc.

Easy just asked what my hobbies were,what interests me,what football team I support,what cutters I was interested in,asked if I had any questions, also asked about previous job experience, was really good and interested

Interview
The interview was long how ever, every one was very nice. But, it was long. Long, but everyone was very nice. I had to talk with a recruiter first. Then I spoke with the manger of the department.
