the process is as per the stands decided by the UGC and the government of the state of uttar pradesh. The process is simple as it starts with minimum of three ads in local and national newspaper. the application are invited in a stand form available from the institution. After the screening of the applications, the eligible candidates are invited for the interview, which often lasts for 10 minutes to an hour. the candidates are often probed on their subject knowledge, exposure and capability to communicate in a classroom situation. After the selection of suitable candidate is done it is referred for further approval of governmental authorities. the process can very often take two months to one year.
