first you will submit your application files to the rectory office. after that the applicants may be called for an interview by the Human Resource Officer or the Institutional Manager. If the applicant passes the interview he may be then be hired and then will start as an observer to the said position the applicant has applied for two weeks. if the applicants passes the probationary period which is good for two weeks. He may then sign the job contract good for six months. if the contractual employee is performing very well he may be then be absorbed for regular status of employment.
