I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at St. Louis County Library
Interview
The interview was in person at their location. They asked questions from a sheet of paper and took notes on all of my responses. I got the impression that they had already found a candidate. They most likely hired a part-time employee who already worked at the library. They said they would contact me the following week and let me know if I got the position. They sent me an email the following day letting me know they went with someone else.

Interview
Quick and Easy Going. The manager and assistant manager were kind and answered my questions. I appreciated the personable environment. It is pretty uneasy to walk through the staff area and be sized up by current employees.
