St. Louis County, MN interview questions

Panel asked questions related to experience, stress management, and general HR questions. The interview was about 20-30 minutes in its entirety. All panelists seemed to be professional and courteous. Time from initial testing to interview was about 4 months.

Very basic and low key. Typical interview questions. Rec'd offer next day. Was very surprised they did not ask for or check references, which was a red flag . Pay is also extremely low.
