St Marks Episcopal School interview questions

After sending my resume, they called me and sounded very enthusiastic about my background. However, when I went to the interview, the head of the department (who was supposed to interview me) was on vacation and the interviewer, one of her subordinates, had a decidedly different demeanor toward me. (I had 20 years of experience in the field.)
