Open house,,fill out app and then sit with a manager to review app and job duties. They were welcoming and that made me feel at ease in this situation which can be nerve wracking

Interview
I put in an application through their website and I heard back from HR the next day. I spoke with HR for about 5 minutes and set up my interview. The actual interview was over webcam due to covid. However, the manager I spoke with was so nice and made me feel comfortable instantly! After the interview questions she told me she is going to hire me pending my last reference responding.
