It was a very open interview. Open ended questions. With roughly 3 scenario questions. 3 Managers and each one asked a question. Everyone was relaxed and I never felt intimated once.
The interview process at St. Mary’s was a positive experience. The team was welcoming and professional, and they made me feel comfortable from the start. I appreciated how clearly they explained the role and what to expect as a new grad. It felt more like a conversation than a high-pressure interview, which helped me express myself and feel excited about joining their team.
