St. Nicks Alliance interview questions

The interview process consists of 3 different rounds. You will meet with the manager of the program. Your second interview will be with the deputy director and the senior deputy director of all workforce. Be prepared to know about your role, program and overall mission of the organization

First round (virtual) with a recruiter, second round (virtual) with the supervisor, questions were fairly standard, the recruiter got my name wrong twice, which did not feel great, also one of the calendar invitations for one of the interviews was somehow sent to my work email from my current, which I had not provided, and this was a bit of an issue, I was interested in the org and its work, but ultimately got another offer and decided it was not the right fit for me
