Stabler & Associates interview questions

Advertised in Craigslist for employees to be hired. Several phone interviews with owner over three months before offered in person interview. First in office interview was with tax manager, wirh little to no background in entertainment business management. I asked if my salary requirements could be met, and he told me it wouldn't happen. I was then seen by owner who talked about his life, about his company and expectations for growth in five years.
